Johannesburg - On Tuesday, Kim Kardashian picked up the Woman of the Year Award at the GQ Men of the Year ceremony in London.

The following day, she looked like she could have picked up a cold, posing naked in same magazine.

Kim wore a blonde wig for the nude shoot. Momager Kris Jenner, never one to miss an opportunity for promotion, instagrammed the cover shot which was pretty tame compared to what featured in the magazine. She wrote: “Congratulations @kimkardashian on receiving @GQ's Woman of the Year Award and on your @BritishGQ cover!! So proud of you! #TomMunro photography #stunning.”

Kim went one better, posting a risque shot of her famous behind, with the naughty bits concealed by her strategically posed heels.

At the GQ Awards ceremony, Kim caught the eye in a custom-designed gunmetal skirt and a latex bodysuit. She was accompanied by husband Kanye West, and the musician clearly approved of the outfit as he couldn’t seem to keep his hands off his wife.

Kim then caused a further stir on accepting her award, because British GQ editor Dylan Jones did not pronounce her full name. Jones introduced her by saying: “She is simply one of the most famous women in the world. The queen of social media and the queen of TV. And since marrying Kanye West in May she has become part of the world's most famous couple. She's Coca Cola famous.. it's Kim Kardashian.”

“It's Kim Kardashian West,” Kim corrected him. “I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day.” - Tonight Reporter
