A single and uptight divorced mother, Polly, moves back in with her parents, Elaine and Max, upon leaving her husband. Polly’s folks are laid-back, despite Elaine not raising her well because she mumbled inappropriate things to her when she was growing up. But the return does not go as smooth as Polly had hoped as she has to deal not only with her parents and their lifestyle, but also with a best friend whom she almost dated and an ex-husband who wants her back as she prepares to restart her life.
