Latina Silvia’s thinking red and tight. In Brandon’s mind, men want to look powerful so he’s designing a James Bond-inspired canvas jacket. John’s not feeling the James Bond. When Brandon refuses his advice, John comments that his fabric choice means the jacket won’t sell.

When a former Assistant US Attorney is found bedraggled and walking the street after being missing for 12 years, Red suspects he was a victim of “The Judge”, a mysterious person who runs an underground operation dispensing “eye for an eye” justice on officials who have wrongly convicted people. Red gets Liz going on that case, then tackles his own agenda in finding out why a woman named Lucy Brooks has been following him.
