This is a comedy about the unlikely friendship that develops between two very different young women who are waitresses at a diner, who form a bond over their dream of one day owning a successful cupcake business. Only one thing stands in their way – they’re broke. As Max and Caroline climb towards their goal, we see that their “smarts” plus their “hearts” might just be the recipe for success.

• Your Style in His Hands, TLC Entertainment, 20.55

Lisa Snowden meets headstrong couples prepared to put their relationship and fashion choices on the line. With £5 000 to spend, the man and his best mate get just two weeks to buy a new wardrobe for his other half, before the hapless pair devise a catwalk show in front of family and friends. But first, she has to surrender her beloved old wardrobe and watch as he shreds the lot.

• Embarrassing Bodies: From the Clinic, BBC Knowledge, 21.00

The Embarrassing Bodies doctors return, educating patients about their medical conditions from the comfort of their own homes. The team of doctors, including Dr Christian Jessen and Dr Dawn Harper, alongside a variety of specialist consultants, provide patients with on-the-spot consultations, advice and even diagnoses.

• Bet On Your Baby, M-Net, 18.30

At first glance you would think this show is about parents who are so addicted to gambling they would place their kids as bets. We see parents who think they know their kids well predict what their offspring will do next.
