Prepare for no-holds-barred social satire with The Boondocks, an animated series centred on an African-American family, the Freeman family: the Afrocentric narrator Huey, 10, his gangsta-rap loving brother Riley, eight, and their grandfather, Robert. They have recently moved to the suburbs and have to adjust to a radically different lifestyle and culture. This is entertainment that pushes the envelope.
