America’s roads and highways are the trade routes for a bustling economy and every week hundreds of trucks carrying valuable cargo go missing. Stolen and abandoned, these big rigs have to be hunted down and hauled in or the trucking companies lose money. Each missing truck carries a bounty if recovered and an additional reward if the load is found intact. It’s winner takes all as only one team can recover the truck and get paid.

The leadership of the most secretive state on the planet changed hands in 2011 when Kim Jong Un became Supreme Leader of North Korea after the death of his father. Fault Lines gains rare access to the country amid speculation about the health of the young leader and his grip on power through footage and interviews in the showcase capital of Pyongyang; as well as interviews in South Korea with defectors and footage smuggled out of the country filmed by North Koreans putting themselves at risk.
