Based on Nicole’s hilarious (and often inappropriate) Twitter feed, Candidly Nicole details her daily adventures while providing insight into her views on everything from style to relationships to parallel parking. In this episode, Nicole is forced to say ‘yes’ to life after being told by a psychic that she comes from a place of fear and negativity. .

CULINARY JOURNEYS, CNN, 6.30pm

A new series which explores a different destination through the dish or cuisine that has helped put it on the map. The first episode features Massimo Bottura, a three Michelin-star Italian chef, who hails from Emilia Romagna, in Northern Italy. At Osteria Francescana, his restaurant in Modena, Bottura’s food takes inspiration from sources such as contemporary art to create innovative dishes that play with Italian traditions and ingredients. His culinary journey takes him to London’s East End, where Bottura meets with Fergus Henderson, the founding partner and chef of one of the UK’s most influential restaurants, St John.

MARVEL’S AGENT OF S.H.I.E.L.D, M-Net, 7.30pm

This series is a must-see for superhero fans as Clark Gregg reprises his role as Agent Coulson from Marvel’s Avengers films.

RIVER MONSTERS, Animal Planet, 10pm

Extreme angler, Jeremy Wade, continues on his mission to locate deadly freshwater fish. He visits New Zealand to discover if the tale of a man-eater is mere legend or the same creature that has attacked divers, seized a child and devoured sheep alive. He also visits Papua New Guinea to investigate a series of bizarre deaths that have occurred on the Sepik River.
