The historical moments, cultural events, new trends and technologies that occurred during the ‘90s, all of which directly shaped the world we live in.

• The Next Great Baker, TLC Entertainment, 20.00

Buddy Valastro returns with two additional judges – chocolatier Jacques Torres and Magnolia Bakery’s chief baking officer, Bobbie Lloyd. The contenders will, for the first time, compete in pairs for a chance to work at the new Carlo’s Bakery in Las Vegas and a prize of $100 000. A new round in each episode will see the lowest-ranked teams compete in an elimination challenge.

• Full Plate, The Style Network, 20.15

In each episode Full Plate introduces a successful woman who doesn’t take the time to cook, and challenges her to prepare and present a home-cooked meal for her family, friends or significant other.

• The Good Wife, M-Net, 20.30

Alicia grieves over Will and finds a voicemail he left her. Trying to determine what Will wanted to say, she interviews the judge who witnessed the shooting and talks to Finn Polmar, who was also shot, and Polmar’s assistant. Ultimately, she arrives at a dead end and is left to guess. Kalinda tries to understand why Will’s client, Jeffrey Grant, went on a shooting spree. David Lee tries to keep Will’s top clients from leaving Lockhart Gardner.
