The wider Jackson family has endured a tumultuous time in recent weeks.
La Toya's siblings Janet, Rebbie and Randy have filed a letter criticising the Michael Jackson Estate accusing the executors of failing at their job - although since the document was filed Jermaine and Tito have withdrawn their signatures - since the music icon died in June 2009.
Katherine Jackson, 82, lost custody of Michael's three kids, Prince Michael, 15, Paris, 14, and 10-year-old 'Blanket' after she went to Arizona for several days to recover from an illness.
She is due in court today (02.08.12) to file a plea for co-guardianship of the children with her nephew Tito Joe 'TJ' Jackson - who was given temporary control of them in Katherine's absence. - Bang Showbiz
