WITH the 50 Shades frenzy currently in fashion, it’s no wonder one of Durban’s naughtiest comedy crews have used the opportunity to come up with a new show.

The Dingalings bring to stage their show 50 Shades of Funny this weekend at Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World.

In an interview with Tonight, The Dingalings’ Kumseela Naidoo said they just couldn’t resist being part of the 50 Shades craze that’s sweeping the world.

“The show is stand-up comedy by five popular Durban comedians – Henry Ramkissoon, Senzo Mthethwa, Koobeshen Naidoo, Neil Green and Arnotte Payne. They will deal with the complexities of relationships, women, politics and the latest antics brought to us by SONA (the State of the Nation Address).

“The comedians take the mickey out of various issues which the movie raises, among other relationship woes. This is a perfect outing for couples or a boys’ night or girls’ evening out. The evening promises to be an uncomplicated laugh-a-minute comedy show in true Dingalings style,” she said.

The show is being staged at Suncoast Supernova on Friday at 8.30pm and on Saturday at 5.30pm and 8.30pm.

Tickets costing R120 can be purchased from the Suncoast Cine Centre box office or booked by calling 086 124 6300. The show carries a no persons under 16 age restriction.
