THE PLAYHOUSE: The Dance Movement Troupe stage Rhythm on Saturday at 2.30pm and 7pm in the Drama. The production, put together by choreographers Jarryd Watson, Preston Kyd, Natasha Hooman and Liesl de Lange, has a cast aged seven to 18. Expect songs like those from the hit Step Up soundtrack, singing sensation Usher and more. R90 at Computicket. Early booking is advised.

THE BARNYARD THEATRE, Gateway: Catch The Seven Wonders until January 6. Experience what it would be like for Elvis Presley and Christina Aguilera to sing a duet, Whitney Houston to croon with Bryan Adams, while Bob Marley keeps up the spirits with songs such as One Love and Three Little Birds. Carlos Santana adds mystery with She’s Not There and Smooth, and Chris de Burgh brings his artistic flair with A Spaceman Came Travelling, Don’t Pay the Ferryman and, of course, Lady In Red, and more. THE HERITAGE THEATRE: The Gee Jays’ (Gary McKenzie, John Didlick and Grant Bell) new show, Don’t Tune Me (ek sê), is a tribute to the No 1 hit songs of the 1970s. The show ends on November 11. Expect the hits Pretty Belinda, Yellow River, Tie a Yellow Ribbon, I Can See Clearly Now, Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress, Rhinestone Cowboy, Let Your Love Flow, Have You Ever Seen the Rain? and more. The Gee Jays are backed by Andy Turrell (guitar), Jill Murray Brown (bass), Francois Hardy (drums) and directed by Calli Thomson on keyboards. CATALINA THEATRE: High Heels with Balls. Thabiso Radebe’s one-hander is a touching play about tolerance that ends Thursday. This honest, tender production about homosexuality, tolerance, acceptance and human rights was performed at the DUT Art Gallery and UKZNSA Art Gallery. R60. For bookings call 031 305 6889.

ICC: Catch some of the best in SA comedy with Bafunny Bafunny at the International Convention Centre on November 10 and 11.
