Port Elizabeth - The Lilizela Tourism Awards for the Eastern Cape took place at The Feather Market Hall in Port Elizabeth and Gorah Elephant Camp was voted as the Regional Winner in the Game Lodge category.
The final award ceremony will take place in mid September at the Tshwane Awards Centre.
The Lilizela Tourism Awards were launched at INDABA 2013 by the South African National Minister of Tourism, Mr Marthinus van Schalkwyk.
They are South Africa’s premier travel and tourism awards and recognise, celebrate and praise the excellent work of an industry that’s created – and that contributes towards South Africa’s global destination competitiveness.
