Hazyview - Plumbago Guest House is “your 5-star experience with affordable rates” – only 20 minutes from the Kruger National Park and close to the Panorama Route.

Through the wrought-iron gates at the end of a bougainvillea-lined drive you will find Plumbago – as pretty as the flower from which it takes its name.

Set on an avocado and banana farm, it sits above the plantation, it looks out to the Kruger National Park in the distance. The 1940s jazz in the background is just the right accompaniment to the nostalgic, colonial-inspired setting.

There are charming air-conditioned rooms with sitting areas, en-suite bathrooms, tea trays and fine bed linen in subtle, natural tones with the same casual gracefulness about them; Jacobean print curtains, mahogany beds and an abundance of vases and water-coloured flowers.

The elegant pool and sauna in the beautifully tended bird-filled garden allows for relaxation.

Beauty treatments, activities, transfers and safaris can be arranged.
