Cape Town - The highly anticipated 2016 Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival will take place during the school holidays from July 1 to 10, when visitors will descend on Knysna to run, cycle, walk in the forest, meet with friends, relax and eat their fill of oysters and other delicious food.
Visitors looking forward to relaxing and unwinding won’t be disappointed with events such as wine and oyster tastings, restaurant promotions and live music concerts; and if sporting and outdoor activities are more your thing, the line-up will leave you with hardly a moment to spare.
Children have a host of dedicated supervised events too, and if you’d rather spend your time taking in the glorious natural beauty of the area, there’s more than enough of that on offer too.
Tickets are still available for exciting lifestyle events such as the Knysna Wine Festival and Night Market, Seafood Wednesday, the Pick n Pay Festival Flavours of Knysna served with TABASCO® Sauce and the Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival Comedy Shuckle featuring Schalk Bezuidenhout and Kagiso Mokgadi.
