The award winning Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa has been nominated for this year's prestigious World Luxury Hotel Awards.
This follows on numerous accolades the hotel has won in recent years including Conde Nast Traveller Gold List (2010 and 2011), Travelhub (2010) and best Luxury Romantic Hotel category in the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2011.
Le Franschhoek is nominated in three categories in this year's World Luxury Hotel Awards including Luxury Romantic Hotel, Luxury Spa Hotel and Luxury Country Hotel. The ceremony is due to take place in Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia October 13, 2012.
Setting the standards of world class facilities and service excellence, the annual World Luxury Hotel Awards is the ultimate achievement for any hotelier on a global scale, recognising and celebrating hotels of the highest calibre. The award also aims to encourage and raise standards within the luxury hotel industry.

Hotel guests and industry experts are encouraged to vote and the final outcome is based upon votes per category on a country and global basis with criteria for voting based on exceptional service.
