And then they charge you to have your suitcase clingwrapped - all because they can't provide the security we have a right to. Why pay for the clingwrap? Surely, if you can't guarantee that someone's luggage will get to the other end in the same condition as what it was when handed in, then both ACSA and the airline should pay the cost of having the luggage clingwrapped.
