Johannesburg - EOH Holdings said on Monday that it expects headline earnings per share to increase by up to 30 percent for the year to July.

The company said headline earnings per share were expected to come in at between 535.9 cents and 580.6 cents, representing an increase of 20-30 percent on the 446.6 cents reported for the prior corresponding period.

The outsourcing and information technology company announced in June that it was expanding its African footprint by acquiring an equity stake of 49-80 percent (depending on country) of Twenty Third Century Systems, an award-winning IT applications and business solutions provider across Africa and the Middle East.
