Afrimat: Firm expects higher earnings

LISTED open-pit mining and material company, Afrimat, expected basic earnings a share for the year to be between 124.5c and 135.4c a share, an increase of between 15 percent and 25 percent, it said on Friday. Afrimat’s shares traded lower at 0.68 percent at R16.16 a share on Friday. The group has five division: mining and aggregates, industrial minerals, contracting international, concrete products and Readymix. – Nompumelelo Magwaza
