Famous Brands: Partnership with Thrupps to bring retail to Total garages

FAMOUS Brands would venture into the retail business through its partnership with Total South Africa service stations, the group said yesterday. Its Mugg & Bean brand already supplies the exclusive coffee offering across the business. The company would collaborate with Total SA in designing and developing a new retail model for its service stations in upper-end living standards measurement areas, centred on a high quality grocery offering. Famous Brands would work with Thrupps as its retail partner. The trial sites for this project would be branded as Thrupps, co-branded with Mugg & Bean On The Move outlets.
