Johannesburg - Complaints about e-tolling would be taken up by the National Consumer Commission (NCC), but it should not be the first line of complaint, commissioner Ebrahim Mohamed said yesterday. “The NCC encourages consumers to lodge complaints at the point of sale, and attempt to have their complaints dealt with there,” he said. The DA and the Freedom Front Plus announced recently they would facilitate motorists’ e-toll accounts complaints by submitting them to the NCC. The SA National Roads Agency urged drivers to get e-tags to qualify for reduced tolls. – Sapa
