Power alert: Better than last week

ESKOM predicted few power cuts this week after it completed its maintenance on some of its units. Spokesman Khulu Phasiwe said this week should be much better than the previous one, when the utility was forced to implement stage 2 load shedding for days to cut up to 2 000 megawatts from the system to prevent it from collapsing.
