Unauthorised debit orders cost consumers millions of rands, and, if you want to dispute or stop a debit order, you have to go into a branch of your bank. Now, one of the major banks has launched an online tool that enables clients to reverse unauthorised debit orders – and have the money returned to their accounts immediately.
