A CAST of 10 take the audience on an musical trip down memory lane with Heartbreak Hotel on Wednesdays to Saturdays at GrandWest’s Roxy Revue Bar from April 18 to May 31 at 8.30pm.

The show will pay tribute to many music greats. If you’re a fan of Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Marilyn Monroe, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Cliff Richard, Cher, The Beach Boys, Queen, Roy Orbison, The Bee Gees, Tom Jones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Little Richard and Shakin’ Stevens, then Heartbreak Hotel is the show for you.

The playlist includes many of Elvis Presley’s greatest hits, as well as other artists tunes, like I Want to be Loved by You, Great Balls of Fire, Unchained Melody, La Bamba, Good Golly Miss Molly, Wake Up Little Suzie, Staying Alive, It’s Not Unusual, 40 Days and Long Tall Woman With a Black Dress.

Heading the cast is producer and director James Marais, known for his Elvis Presley tribute shows.

Ian Black is on drums, Louis Coetzee on lead guitar, Vernon Barnard on acoustic guitar and vocals, Anthony Kinsey on bass guitar and backing vocals, Nick Pay on keyboards and vocals, Monique Cassells on lead and backing vocals and Claire Schrickker and Jenny Beck as backup dancers.

Fanie Schoeman is the MC.
