FIVE local celebritychefs will showcase their talents at the Le Kap Lifestyle Fair at Blaauklippen Vineyards in Stellenbosch on December 6.

Brad Ball (Peddlars & Co), Gregory Czarnecki (Waterkloof Vineyards), Malika van Reenen (Cape Grace), Roland Gorgosilich (Grande Roche) and Steve Jeffreys from Blaauklippen Vineyards will feature.

Ball believes that a good chef simply enhances the essential flavour of ingredients.

Czarnecki is executive chef of Waterkloof Restaurant in the Helderberg regional, winner for best Wine Tourism Restaurant in the 2015 Awards.

Van Reenen is fascinated with the spices of Cape Malay culture, as well as sweet-and-sour elements.

Gorgosilich combines classic/modern cooking techniques with imagination and innovation.

Blaauwklippen’s in-house Charcutier, Jeffery supports the principles of ethically-farmed animals cured in a classic timeless fashion.
