by Jassy Mackenzie (Umuzi, R180)

This is a love story set in the African bush.

She is rescued by the handsome and wealthy Nicholas de Lanoy, owner of a luxury game lodge.

With the bridge broken and no other access routes available, Erin is trapped at the lodge.

This leaves her with nothing more to do than get to know her handsome rescuer better.

As she learns about his troubled past, Erin finds herself falling for Nicholas.

Feeling guilty, Erin is determined to be faithful to her husband.

But Nicholas has secrets, and as Erin gets more involved in Nicholas’s life, it is clear she may need to be rescued from her rescuer himself.
