Buy a R10 sticker from Wimpy, and you can wear your slippers all day long on Slipper Day (Friday, August 7), and help give joy to children who are fighting life-threatening illnesses.
Wear slippers to work, school or the mall to help the Reach For A Dream Foundation.
Reach For A Dream has made ill children’s dreams come true for 27 years.
No dream is too big or too small. They range from children seeing the ocean for the first time and taking a drive in a Ferrari to flying in a helicopter, becoming a doctor for the day and visiting Disney World.
“All funds and proceeds will help put a smile on the faces of the foundation’s Dream Children,” says Bronwyn Feldwick-Davis of Reach For A Dream.
Wear your sticker and slippers to Wimpy on August 7, and you will get a free cup of regular coffee.
“Last year, stickers sold through Wimpy outlets resulted in just over R1.1 million in funds for Reach For A Dream, and this year we would like to sell even more stickers to our customers,” said Wimpy brand manager, Karabo Morudu.
