London - They’ve read the books, seen the films and got a personalised Hermione T-shirt, but will anything satisfy your child’s desire for all things Harry Potter?

This free website might: hogwartsishere.com offers a Hogwarts education for “aspiring witches and wizards”.

Created by fans, wannabe wizards can choose a house, set up a Gringott’s account and use their galleons to buy magic books.

They can then sign up for classes in Herbology, Potions, or Harry’s favourite, Defence Against the Dark Arts. Each course is nine weeks long and first year students are assigned a real professor who sets essays, video assignments and quizzes. The better their marks, the more house points they win.

Sarah, a first year Ravenclaw, who I spoke to in an online common room tried one course and was hooked.

What’s more, professors take the course seriously; any bad language, plagiarism or mudblood bating and students will be expelliarmus-ed, so you can rest easy that your children are in a safe place. - Daily Mail
