London - Gordon Ramsay’s trademark ranting is something of a tea party compared to the increasingly sordid allegations emerging in the legal tussle between the celebrity chef and Sara Stewart, ex-lover of his estranged father-in-law Chris Hutcheson.

In the latest twist to the salacious claims, Mrs Stewart, who is suing Ramsay, has alleged that the famous cook accused her of having a sexual relationship with another man while involved with Hutcheson.

According to newly released court papers, the 50-year-old widow alleges that in an expletive strewn outburst, Ramsay told one of Hutcheson’s sons that while his father was abroad in France, she was “f***ing another man in Belgravia”.

Explicit details of the claims are contained in a High Court writ filed by Mrs Stewart who is demanding unlimited damages from Ramsay after accusing him of arranging for her to be secretly filmed in a state of undress in her own home.

Ramsay, she claims, had threatened to disclose videos of her semi-naked to newspapers.

The action of Mrs Stewart, who had a five-year affair with Hutcheson, is the latest move in a series of highly publicised legal battles that have ravaged Ramsay’s restaurant business over the past two years.

Ramsay and his wife Tana’s father fell out spectacularly in 2010 and the row culminated in court proceedings (which have since been settled).

Ramsay had sacked Hutcheson as chief executive of Gordon Ramsay Holdings and suspended Mrs Stewart, the company’s director of digital media, while his father-in-law was investigated.

Mrs Stewart is suing Ramsay over the claim, allegedly made in emails, that she had sex with another man at the same time that she was sleeping with his father-in-law.

In her writ, she accuses the Hell’s Kitchen star of using a private investigator to put her under surveillance, and to take photos and videos of her.

Mother-of-four Mrs Stewart says she was photographed in her home at Ascot, near Grosvenor Gardens in London, and when she was travelling by car and meeting “with a third party”.

She further claims that Ramsay emailed her a photo of herself semi-naked on October 29, 2010, with a text message saying: “Put simply when f***ing my father-in- law would you be so kind as to be a little more discreet and close your curtains in order that you remain safe and out of view from the public footpath running outside your mansion thank you…”

Stewart accuses Ramsay of invading her privacy and breaching her human rights. She is also seeking an injunction banning Ramsay from taking photos or videos of her, disseminating them, and an order forcing him to hand over photos and videos, to give details of the private investigator, and pay damages.

On Tuesday night Mr Ramsay’s spokeswoman confirmed that he would be defending the action but declined to make any further comment. - Daily Mail
