London - Forget taking photos of your children and blurry landscape shots: your smartphone camera can be put to far better uses. Here’s the pictures that everyone should have on their cellphone:
* Your car registration plate. Keep it on your phone for quick reference.
* Keeping a picture of your open purse or wallet on your phone, with just the tops of your credit, debit and membership cards showing is a useful reference if you need to notify companies that you’ve lost your cards or had your wallet stolen.
* When anyone asks to borrow an item, snap them holding it. Books and belongings will be far easier to track down.
* Anything you need to take apart and reassemble. For example, the back of your TV with all the cables in place — before you pull out all the plugs to move it.
* If you aren’t wearing contact lenses, trying on new spectacles with fuzzy vision can be a nightmare. Ask the shop assistant to take pictures of you in a selection of frames so you can compare styles at your leisure and ask friends’ opinions.
* The labels from bottles of wine that you’ve enjoyed. Next time you’re in your local supermarket or off-licence you can easily look for them. - Daily Mail
