Four decades later – and with a new man on her arm – Jerry Hall is showing no signs of slowing down.
The 58-year-old has admitted that she is growing old disgracefully – and doesn’t care what anyone thinks.
The former top model has insisted that she won’t give in to pressure to have cosmetic surgery to maintain her looks, nor will she give up the many vices she enjoys.
Hall said: “Everything is water off a duck’s back, it is something that happens with age. I am not bothered about anything. What will happen will happen.
“I am very against [Botox]. I think it looks silly – people with mean-looking eyebrows! I am 58. That is pretty old, for God’s sake. I look pretty good for my age, and I am enjoying that.
“But I smoke, I drink, I like wine, I love sun tanning, I drink coffee ... I am doing all sorts of things I shouldn’t do.” She also spoke about her relationship with distinguished evolutionary biologist Professor Armand Leroi, 50, describing him as her boyfriend for the first time.
Hall told Good Housekeeping magazine: “I don’t have a checklist – you meet someone and you get on. It is a miracle, I think, to meet someone you like. I have a boyfriend – Armand – who I have been seeing since just after New Year. He is lovely and very clever and very handsome.
“I am really, really happy. I am very lucky – I feel really blessed in life.”
Dutch citizen Professor Leroi, who is based at Imperial College, London, also specialises in the science of beauty and ageing, and has presented documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4.
Previously Hall was dating Australian multi-millionaire property magnate Warwick Hemsley, 60. The couple split last year.
Hall, who is currently fronting TK Maxx’s Give Up Clothes For Good campaign which raises money for Cancer Research, has four children with Mick Jagger. Their marriage was annulled in 1999. - Daily Mail
