London - At 51, Monica Bellucci is causing a bit of a stir as the oldest actress to play a Bond Girl in new 007 film, Spectre.

Effortlessly beautiful, she also manages to make long hair look chic and glamorous rather than ageing.

Hairdresser Trevor Sorbie explains how she does it: “Hair tends to become thinner and dryer as we get older, so invest in trims every six weeks, plus deep moisturising treatments weekly.

“Unless you choose to go grey, a tint will keep hair looking fresh.

“Finally, eat lots of oily fish, leafy vegetables and fresh fruit. Long locks need feeding from the roots.”
