Online shop Spree.co.za is making it easy for girls to find that perfect matric dance dress.
In its Matric Dance Shop, it has curated a collection of 57 dress styles designed by 10 popular South African designers.
They are Adam and Eve, Amanda Laird Cherry, Anneen Henze, Blackeyed Susan, Jacoba, Love by Enzoani, Ruff Tung, Shana Morland, Style Republic and Swoon.
“There is an exquisite dress style for every personality and every figure,” says Spree’s buying manager, Lezell Peter. “We have also included a few fun styles that will be perfect for the matric dance after-party.”
Spree says the collection brims with shimmer and sparkle – in luxurious fabrics such as chiffon, tulle, mesh and satin with exquisite details such as hand-beading, lace trims, satin belts and sequins.
You’ll find favourite evening-wear colours, black, gold and silver, as well as on-trend corals, pinks, reds and blues.
Lezell says a number of the styles embody the latest trend of more volume in the skirts, which is great for all figures as it emphasises waistlines and lengthens legs.
Spree says 19 designer dress styles are priced under R2000.
