Woking, Surrey - McLaren unveiled its car for the upcoming Formula One season on its website on Friday amid speculation of a move by former Lotus team principal Eric Boullier - but McLaren declined to comment about this issue.
A McLaren spokesman said: "We will not be talking about the identity of our team principal today."
The MP4-29 was presented at the launch in plain silver livery without a title sponsor, but McLaren says that even without major sponsor Vodaphone the 2014 campaign will still be backed by the team's biggest budget yet.
LOWER NOSE
It shows the mandatory aerodynamics changes with a lower nose and smaller front wing. New regulations also include a 1.6-litre V6 turbo engine for the season which will start on March 16 with the Australian Grand Prix.
Former world champion Jenson Button of Britain and Danish newcomer Kevin Magnussen are the McLaren drivers, with Stoffel Vandoorne of Holand as reserve.
