Montreal – Germany's defending double world champion Sebastian Vettel will start on pole at the Canadian Grand Prix after topping final qualifying here Saturday.
The Red Bull driver clocked a best of 1min 13.784sec around the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit, with Briton Lewis Hamilton in second and Fernando Alonso of Spain in third.
