The Jaguar that never was

Jaguar is renowned for gorgeous cars but this one was the most beautiful of all. Starting with the perfectly proportioned SS100 of 1936, Jaguar has produced some of the most gorgeous cars ever seen, such as the XK120 and the E-Type, which even Enzo Ferrari called “the most beautiful car in the world”. This is the F-Type concept of 2000 which, sadly, never went into production. Instead the blobby XK8, already out of date in 2000, had to go on for another six years before being replaced by the XK, which was bigger, heavier and clumsier than the F-Type, Jaguar's perfect ballerina of a car.
