Police officers and soldiers who will be working on Zimbabwe's election day have been allowed to cast their ballots during a two-day early vote.

But logistical problems have prevented many of them from voting. Some observers are concerned the country may not be ready for the general election. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Harare.
