Lusaka - A Zambian woman has set a new standard for shoplifting when she walked out of a shop with a flat-screen TV - between her legs.
A video of the incident, which was caught on security cameras, has gone viral on YouTube.
Zambian police are now looking for the unidentified woman and her accomplice.
On Tuesday, June 16, the two were in a Samsung shop in Lusaka, apparently just browsing.
Four men stand close to them discussing a matter, oblivious to what’s going down just two metres away from them.
The woman then chooses the TV she wants, and unplugs it.
Looking around, she quickly tucks what seems to be a 71cm flat-screen TV under her skirt and holds it between her legs.
One of the men can be seen looking at the two women, but then just turns his head and walks on by.
With her friend walking in front of her, the woman manages to walk away with the TV between her thighs without missing a step.
She walked out of the shop without setting off any alarms; staff only realised afterwards that one of their TVs was missing.
The video was posted online by Zambian media to try and help police identify and arrest the women.
