Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba was robbed on Thursday evening, according to reports.

Thieves broke into Mashaba’s car as he entered a fast food outlet in Auckland Park ahead of his interview with Metro FM's Robert Marawa.

Shakes reportedly told Marawa during the interview later that he made a stop at a fast food outlet in Auckland Park “for a few minutes” but when he returned he found his car had been broken into.

“A number of personal items were stolen, among them my two cellphones and a laptop,” he said.
