Johannesburg - North West police were on Wednesday searching for a man who allegedly raped a woman in Ga-Botha village in Moutse West.

“The case docket of rape was opened and police are busy with the investigations,” said Constable Lethunya Mmuroa.

The 28-year-old woman was raped at her house in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

“The suspect broke the window, found the victim sleeping and raped her.”

Mmuroa said the woman knew the 28-year-old man as they lived in the same village. - Sapa
