Johannesburg - Three men and a minor accused of killing a teenager in an apparent satanic ritual are expected back in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Lindon Wagner, 21, Robin Harwood, 18, and Harvey Isha, 23, have been in custody since their bail application was denied in November last year. A 15-year-old girl, also implicated in the killing of Kirsty Theologo, 18, was previously released into the custody of her parents.

In October last year Theologo was doused with petrol and set alight on a koppie behind the Linmeyer swimming pool in Julius Street, Johannesburg. She died a week later in the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital.

Lester Moody and Jeremy King, both 18, entered into a plea deal with the state in an attempt to get lighter sentences. On March 29, they were each sentenced to 17 years imprisonment, with five years suspended. In return, they are expected to testify against the remaining four accused. - Sapa
