The founder of Boksburg's H20 parties and also a consultant to the Ultra Music Festival SA, Forbes, is to go on trial for the alleged murder of alleged ticket tout Toufiq Joseph at a city petrol station in January.

It is alleged that Forbes shot dead 23-year-old Joseph at the Engen garage in Orange Street in the CBD on January 24, in full view of shocked customers.
