Cape Town - Police have appealed to residents for their assistance in finding 5-year-old Anovuyo Ndamase, who went missing from her home in Khayelitsha’s Nkanini informal settlement on Sunday at about 6pm.
Ndamase was last seen by her mother while playing with other children in the area.
“At the time of disappearance, she was wearing a yellow T-shirt and a pink skirt, with no shoes,” said police spokeswoman Noloyiso Rwexana.
Western Cape Social Development MEC Albert Fritz said his department would help in any way they could.
