Johannesburg - ANC Youth League national task team convenor Mzwandile Masina started rallying delegates in song ahead of President Jacob Zuma's arrival at the consultative conference in Soweto on Wednesday.
“We love you Msholozi,” he shouted.
Delegates sang songs praising Zuma.
“Lead us Zuma,” they sang in isiZulu.
Zuma arrived at the ANCYL conference surrounded by security and delegates started cheering and singing “Umshini Wami (bring me my machine gun)”.
Zuma stood on the stage singing along, smiling and clapping.
