Johannesburg - A truck pulling a trailer lost control and hit a house next to the N12 near the Kliprivier off-ramp, south of Johannesburg, on Wednesday, metro police said.
One of its tyres apparently burst, Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said.
“The truck... went through a wall of a house and into part of the house.”
The truck driver and his two passengers sustained minor injuries. Nobody in the house was hurt.
Traffic was slightly disrupted as the trailer blocked the left lane of the highway.
A charge of reckless or negligent driving was being investigated against the driver.
