Durban - A woman died in hospital after being hit by a car on Underwood Road in Pinetown, Durban, paramedics said on Saturday.
“A woman who sustained severe injuries when she was knocked down late last night, died early this morning,” said ER24 spokeswoman Chitra Bodasing.
Paramedics found the woman, who is believed to be in her late 20s or early 30s, lying on the road.
She was treated on the scene and taken to hospital, where she later died.
