KwaMlanga - Two people were killed and four others were injured in a head-on collision on the R573 road in KwaMlanga, Mpumalanga, early Saturday morning, paramedics said.
Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a man and woman had been killed, Netcare 911 spokeswoman Santi Steinmann said.
A three-year-old child was critically injured, while three other people were seriously injured.
Reports from the scene indicated that one of the cars swerved into on-coming traffic to avoid a stationary bus.
