Mahikeng - Three children drowned in a swimming pool in Mahikeng, North West police said on Monday.
Sergeant Kelebogile Moleko said a group of children went to a house in Lonely Park to swim on Sunday.
“Two brothers aged six and 10, and a girl aged 10 drowned,” she said.
The other children ran away.
Further details were not immediately available but the police have opened an inquest.
