A 19-year-old youth was hit by a bus on Blouberg Road in Tableview, Cape Town, on Tuesday morning, paramedics said.
“It appears as though he was killed on impact,” said ER24 spokeswoman Luyanda Majija.
The youth was on his way to work when he attempted to cross the busy road and was hit by the bus.
“The deceased was found to have sustained suspected multiple severe fractures,” said Majija.
The bus driver and the passengers were unharmed in the incident. - Sapa
