Oscar Pistorius appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court to apply for bail after being charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
State prosecutor Gerrie Nel repeated that the State's case was that her death was premeditated, and that it rejected that Steenkamp may have been mistaken for a burglar when she was shot three times through a bathroom door.
