Mogadishu - Somali security forces said Sunday they had killed at least four Shebab militants, ending a coordinated car bomb and gun attack against the national intelligence headquarters and a detention facility in the capital Mogadishu.

“The attack was foiled and all of the attackers are dead. The situation is now under control and I can see the dead bodies of four of the attackers. Two security officials were also wounded in the attack,” Somali police official Mohamed Abudle told AFP. - Sapa-AFP
